Govt. of Bangladesh has introduced an online health declaration form for all incoming passengers to Bangladesh. This online form is available at http://healthdeclaration.dghs.gov.bd

Passengers need to complete this online form within 72 hours of flight departure before entry in to Bangladesh. Passenger should have hard copy or soft copy of this Health Declaration Form (HDF) with QR code during check in at airport as well as on arrival too.

A six month stay visa can be issued if the visiting Indian National has a joint venture or is a foreign investment participant.
Multiple entry visas are granted to bona-fide businessmen on the recommendation of the Ministry of Industries or Board of Investment, BEPZA (Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority) Dhaka and Chittagong. Multiple visas are usually issued up to five years.
Visa is issued Gratis (Free of charge).
