Argentina - Fresh Exemption Announced for Indian Nationals Holding a Valid U.S. Tourist Visa

Posted On Wednesday, September 17, 2025

Indian citizens who hold a valid and current B2 U.S. visa may enter Argentina for tourism purposes without a consular visa or an electronic travel authorization (AVE/ETA), with a maximum stay of 90 days.

Indian citizens who don't hold a valid and current U.S. tourist visa still need to apply for a consular visa to enter the country as tourists.

Applicants who are holding a valid and current US tourist visa, but are entering the country for any purpose other than tourism, must necessarily apply for the corresponding consular visa.
